Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of being placed. Please note that personalised or custom-made items may take slightly longer during busy periods.

Once your order has been dispatched, UK standard delivery usually takes around 3–5 working days to arrive. If you would like your order sooner, there may also be an option to upgrade to a faster delivery service at checkout.

We currently ship within the UK, as well as selected international locations including Europe, the United States and Australia.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. As a guide:

Europe: approx. 5–10 working days
United States: approx. 5–10 working days
Australia: approx. 7–14 working days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by postal delays, customs checks, or other circumstances outside of our control.

For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless clearly stated at checkout.
