What materials do you use?
I use a range of quality materials across my jewellery, including 18k gold filled and stainless steel findings, Miyuki seed beads, gemstones, glass beads, and other carefully chosen components. Materials used will vary depending on the design, so please check individual product descriptions for the most accurate details.
What does gold filled mean?
Gold filled jewellery has a thick layer of real gold permanently bonded to a base metal, which makes it much more durable than standard gold plated jewellery. Because of this, it is less likely to wear away quickly and is a better option for long-lasting everyday jewellery.
Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes — all of my jewellery is hypoallergenic.
Will the jewellery tarnish?
My jewellery is tarnish resistant and designed to last well with proper care. Although no jewellery can be guaranteed to never change over time, taking care of your pieces will help preserve their look and finish for as long as possible.
Are all pieces exactly the same?
As all of my jewellery is handmade, there may be slight variations from piece to piece. Small differences in bead placement, spacing, or fit can happen as part of the handmade nature of each design.
What sizes does your jewellery come in?
My jewellery is currently made in set sizes. Bracelets are made at 6.5 inches with a 2 inch extension chain, and most necklaces are currently made at 18 inches. If you would like a different size, please feel free to get in touch using the contact form.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes — I’m open to custom orders. If you have something specific in mind, please feel free to get in touch and I’ll be happy to discuss your idea with you.
How long will my order take to be dispatched?
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days of being placed.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are sent by standard delivery, which usually arrives within around 3–5 working days after dispatch. There will also be an option to upgrade to a faster delivery service at checkout if you wish.
Do you accept returns?
Yes — returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, I’m unable to accept returns requested after this period.
How do I arrange a return?
If you would like to arrange a return, please contact me within 14 days of delivery using the contact form or by email, including your order number. I will then provide the return instructions and return address. Once the item has been returned in its original condition and received, a refund will be processed.
How should I care for my jewellery?
To help your jewellery last as well as possible, avoid wearing it in the shower, while swimming, or during exercise and sweating. When not being worn, store it in a dry place. A jewellery care card is included with every order to help you look after your piece.
Is gift packaging included?
Yes — all orders are packaged beautifully, making them ideal for gifting. A jewellery care card is also included with each order.
